Responsibilities

Internal bank service center for providing and maintaining IT services. The following services are offered:

• Operation of a computer center (including a backup site computer center, backup services, maintenance of servers) 
• Network management (internal and external network, network monitoring) 
• IT security (firewall, virus and spam protection) 
• Workstation maintenance (hardware, standard software) 
• Helpdesk and user support 
• Operation of an audit-aware archive solution 
• Software development of databases, web services and applications 
• Operation, maintenance and development of SAP applications
• Operation and maintenance of SWIFT services 
• Jointly with OeKB Business Services GmbH: providing IT services and implementing projects for customers
