• Assessments of the foreign content
• Internal technical advice
• Management of the fund for market-exploitation studies on behalf of the Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth
• Advisor to the Ministry of Finance in the following areas: project finance, environmental assessment, greenhouses-gas-issues (Kyoto), assessment of tied aid credits
