Oesterreichische Kontrollbank in its capacity as CentralSecuritiesDepository.Austria provides settlement and custody services for the Austrian market. Trading and clearing services are provided by other organisations in the Austrian market. From this point of view one main aim of the Code of Conduct, service unbundling and accounting separation, has therefore been met.
Within OeKB revenues and expenditures of CSD.A have been calculated separately from other services within the scope of a Self Assessment Report and reviewed by an auditor (based on the "Terms of reference for auditing compliance with service unbundling and account separation and assessing general compliance" - see download).
