Concerning the Capital Markets Act (CMA) deadlines have to be considered.

Type	Deadline
Notification for the New-Issue Calendar	As soon as possible, in any case before the offer starts.
Filing of prospectuses according to CMA	One bank working day in advance of the initial public offering or of admission to the stock exchange. In any case not later than on the day of publication.
Publishing of prospectus according to CMA	At the latest one bank working day in advance of the initial public offering and admission to the stock exchange, respectively.
Filing and publishing of supplements for prospectuses	Without delay
