Since the summer of 2007, the OeKB Group offers services as a settlement bank on the spot and derivatives markets of the Scandinavian energy exchange, Nord Pool. The settlement bank function consists of providing accounts, payment processing and collateral management for Nord Pool members.
By thus enabling Austrian companies to participate in this attractive energy marketplace, OeKB meets a need in the Austrian energy market.
