  New General Terms and Conditions valid from 1.1.2010 

As of 1 January 2010 several amendments to the General Terms and Conditions of CSD.Austria come into force.
The new version of the GTCs for download together with a version showing all adaptations vis-à-vis the previous version.

 

The following is a brief explanation of the most important changes:

  • Sections 13 and 15: incorporation of the changes that came into effect as per 1 August 2009 with regard to the Austrian Stock Corporation Amendment Act (please refer also to our communication dated 29.7.2009) 
  • Section 18: this paragraph has been completely revised
