The CSD.Austria takes care of all administrative activities involved in the securities life-cycle for all your securities on deposit.
The CSD.Austria offers the following services:
Earnings-related tasks
The CSD.Austria handles all income- and capital-gains-related tasks for its account holders - for example interest and dividend payments to account holders, capital principal repayments on dept securities and exercising of warrants.
Corporate actions
The CSD.Austria will automatically carry out all mandatory actions for holders of custody accounts (e.g. splits, capital reductions, mergers, spin-offs). At request of the holder of the CSD.Austria custody account, CSD.Austria also performs Special Actions (e.g. exercise of subscription rights, conversions or exercise of cash or share options).
Deposit and blocking receipts
Information on balances on Securities Accounts, depository receipt and account movements will be made available according to Annex H.
Proxy voting
Has OeKB according to section 113 para 1 Joint Stock Company Act (AktG) been authorised as proxy in a form intended by the company and has received a precise order for every point of the agenda, it will participate in the general meeting on behalf of the company and will exercise the voting rights according to the received orders.

Reporting
CUNO (Custody Notification) informs you online or via SWIFT about upcoming events (e.g. corporate actions, cash earnings, general meetings). In the CUNO system (Custody Notification System) customers receive online pre-advice on their positions.
The booking activities actually carried out are indicated additionally (outside of CUNO itself) by corresponding messages (via SWIFT, fax or e-mail), e.g. credits from coupon and redemption payments and posting and transfer of securities.
