As the Notification Office under Sec. 23 Capital Markets Act, OeKB is also responsible for the new-issue calendar. This contains all planned public and non-public new-issue activities in Austria. The new-issue calendar also helps estimate the expected level of the capital market utilisation.

The data in the new-issue calendar come from the notifications of companies pursuant to Sec. 24 Capital Markets Act which offer securities and investments pursuant to the Capital Markets Act in Austria.
