Physical deposit and withdrawal of securities at the OeKB vault.
Physical deposit
Physical securities issued in the course of a capital increase or a new issue can be deposited at the OeKB vault. Physical deposits and withdrawals are handled at CSD.Austria via the Direct Settlement Advanced System (DS.A).
Customers place an instruction via the online client before physical deposits are made. After the approval process, the physical securities are handed in at the OeKB vault and the securities are credited to the custody account.
Physical withdrawal
During the withdrawal process, physical securities are taken out of custody at the CSD.Austria. The customer places an instruction via the online client. DS.Advanced verifies the instruction and the physical securities are delivered.
Advisory services on the issuance of securities certificates
OeKB provides accompanying advisory services regarding the issuance of individual certificates, temporary global certificates and global certificates in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
