The basis for the (IT-) utilisation of securities services is a contractual relationship with OeKB.
Depending on the respective application system of CSD.Austria the following technical services are supported:
Dialog
Dialog access to the OeKB application systems is effected exclusively via public internet.
In the particular case of the CSD.Austria's application systems each of your users will require an RSA SecurID key fob for dialog access. You will also need to define a customer administrator responsible for administrating users and key fobs.

To protect against a possible loss of connectivity we recommend that in addition to your primary internet connection you provide for backup internet access by concluding a corresponding agreement with an alternative provider.
SWIFT
Many of our services are available as per SWIFT specifications via this standardized message and network structure.
