Instruction type Change Global Certificate is used to increase or decrease the volume of a global certificate.

Instructions for changing global certificates (CGC instructions) are forwarded to the OeKB Vault System. On successful validation the securities positions on the customer's CSD.Austria safekeeping account are increased or decreased correspondingly.
