Support along the way
In the past several years OeKB has added many new services for issuers. Among Austrian issuers, the intensive process of European harmonisation in particular is leading to a growing need for support along the way. In the future, OeKB therefore plans to launch outsourcing services for the issuer requirements arising from the EU’s directive on shareholder rights.
