Our decades of experience, independence, and know-how are why more and more Austrian issuers place their trust in OeKB. OeKB supports Austrian companies not only in insuring and financing export activities, it also takes on important functions in the capital market. For example, in its role as National Numbering Agency OeKB assigns International Securities Identification Numbers (ISIN) to every security to ensure the unique identification worldwide. And issuers transmit so called regulated information via OeKB to the Issuer Information Center.
Support along the way
In the past several years OeKB has added new services for issuers. Among Austrian issuers, the intensive process of European harmonisation is leading to a growing need for support along the way. OeKB therefore offers outsourcing services related to the annual general meeting of listed companies.
