Issuers publish important information for investors in OeKB's Issuer Information Center.
In the course of implementing EU directive 2004/109/EC in Austria, a process for the central storage of regulated information was created, so that issuers can comply with the obligatory announcements of regulated information. Regulated information can be transmitted fast and easy via OeKB's Issuer Information Upload and are published in the Issuer Information Center afterwards.
Beyond this legal obligations issuers have the need to hand on further important information to investors simple, fast and secure.
This especially applies to:
- Announcements of General Meetings
- Results of General Meetings
- Corporate Actions like Interest rate adjustment, Distribution, etc.
Therefore the process set up for Disclosures under Section 81a Stock Exchange Act is available for issuers to publish this kind of optional information too. The information transferred via this well established platform is available under http://issuerinfo.oekb.at.
