The questionnaire complies with the most important standards and requirements in the ESG area. 

The questionnaires differ in scope - tailored to the requirements of different company sizes and different sectors. 

You simply select the questionnaire that suits your company best. This ensures that you cover all your relevant ESG topics - in the right breadth and depth, and collect exactly the right amount of data. 

We are constantly developing the questionnaire. This ensures that it always remains up to date, even if regulations and requirements change.

Your advantages

• The questions help you to identify what is important in the area of ESG. You can be sure that you have collected all the necesssary data. 

• You can share your data with the banks you have selected. The questionnaire covers all the data areas that the banks need from you in the ESG area.
• By completing the questionnaire, you fulfil the criteria of the Austrian ESG data collection standard.

Support in completing the questionnaire

You may not have all the information you need to complete your questionnaire for the moment. In this case, colleagues who have the relevant knowledge or access to the necessary data can provide assitance. You can add them as users on the OeKB > ESG Data Hub and assign them the relevant questions. This makes it easy for them to enter the data.

Not all ESG data available yet?

We have provided the ‘Do not answer question’ function for this purpose. If you are not yet able to answer a question on the OeKB > ESG Data Hub, you can still complete the questionnaire. As soon as you have the data available, you can add it at any time.

Tailored to the size of the company

We have adjusted the number of mandatory questions to the size of the company. After all, small and medium-sized companies have to fulfil fewer ESG requirements than large companies. This is reflected in the scope of the questionnaire.

"Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs (VSME)“

Answer a total of 43 questions to receive an ESG report in line with EU standards, based on the “Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs (VSME)”. Questions you have already answered in the questionnaire for SMEs or large companies are automatically carried over, helping you avoid time-consuming duplicate entries.
