Investment companies can exchange their portfolio data and data for supervisory notifications with authorised users via the electronic platform OeKB Fund Data Portal or via Java client using the international standardised FundsXML interface format.

As an investment company, bank, auditor, data provider or institutional investor, you want to find out about portfolio data and data for the supervisory notifications of a fund. You can obtain these data quickly, securely and conveniently via the OeKB Fund Data Portal.
Three steps to the data
- Register once for the OeKB Fund Data Portal of OeKB.
- Contact the investment company and request a release of the required portfolio data.
- The investment company releases the data to you. You can then collect them from the OeKB Fund Data Portal or on the Java client.

Terms of use for the OeKB Fund Data Portal
Registration for the OeKB Fund Data Portal
In order to register for the OeKB Fund Data Portal, please send us the completed registration form, signed with a corporate signature, by post to the Funds Service Centre. We will then perform your requested registration and send you the necessary access details and technical information for the Java client.
User administration
In order to set up, organise and revoke user rights as an administrator, please send us the completed and signed form by email to fondsdaten@oekb.at. We will then make any required adjustments for you and send you any access details required.
Deregistration
If you no longer wish to use the OeKB Fund Data Portal, it is absolutely necessary that you notify the OeKB Service Center Funds of this fact. As long as such deregistration does not take place, the fee provided for in Annex 5 will be charged, even if the OeKB Fund Data Portal is not used.
